DID YOU KNOW?
Each day, I'm allowing you to listen to various different speeches that had an impact on our history. Today, we are looking at George H. W. Bush's speech about the start of the Persian Gulf War. This war has a special significance with me because my father fought in this battle and it was a memorable moment of dealing with the extended absence of him. Speeches can touch an emotional part of our lives and bring back the very moment of our lives. This week as analyzed various different texts of speeches we will learn how to connect the emotional content of the speeches given.
